Orders

What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number. When your order has been shipped, we will send another email containing your tracking number to allow you to easily track the status of your order.

If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Additionally, if you created an account with us, you can easily track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once you receive a confirmation email containing your order tracking number, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please Contact Us with your order number.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please Contact Us within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently only ship in the United States; however, we are working to add on additional countries in the future. Please check back for updates on areas where we ship to.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to prepare it for shipping. Once your product is shipped, standard delivery time is between 2-8 business days.

Returns/Refunds

What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns or exchanges, unless there is a damage or defect with your product.  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us.


Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with your order number and the photos of wrong/damaged items and we will issue a refund as quickly as possible.

Payment 

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase securely on our website using a debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support USD currency for charging our customers.

Do you have physical stores?
We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name.

Do you offer a rewards or referral program? How does it work?
We have created a referral program to thank our customers for buying from us and referring their friends and family.

Here is how it works:
For every $1 you spend, you earn 10 points. When you accumulate at least 100 points, you can redeem those points for a $1 discount.

Accumulate 100 Points - Receive a $1 off
Accumulate 500 Points - Receive a $5 off
Accumulate 1000 Points - Receive a $10 off

*To determine how much you receive off, just divide the number of points you have earned by 100 and multiply by $1.00.

Referrals:
If refer a friend to our shop, they will receive a $5 coupon to spend on their first order, and when they redeem their coupon, you are awarded $5 too!

To participate in our rewards and referral program, click on the “Rewards” icon at the bottom of your screen.
Enter your email address. We will send you a secure link you can use to sign in to your account. Once you enter your email address you will be able to see and manage all of your rewards.
